R.J. O’Hara, a partner in the law firm Flaherty-O’Hara PC, advises clients on complex national licensing issues arising from mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructuring, provides general licensing counsel, handles litigation, citations and hearings, and advises clients on complex tied house and trade practice laws. He also advises clients on the legality of national beverage alcohol promotions and marketing and compliance with state liquor laws.
O’Hara conducts seminars for industry members regarding liquor liability and related restaurant and beverage alcohol management issues and has drafted alcohol-oriented legislation.
He earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Dayton in 1989 and his B.A. in English in 1985.

Katie Pelowski lives in Minneapolis, MN where she earned her degree in Accounting. She worked at Target Headquarters for five years, where she worked with the buying teams for bread and snack cakes. She was in charge of vendor execution, programming, consumer insights, and business intelligence.
Through her vendor relationships she moved on to work for Hostess Brands for three years. At Hostess, Katie supported the Target and SuperValu accounts, where she held category captainship roles.
