PFMA member resources are available to all members with a registered site log-in (for more information, please consult the 'help button'). Ranging from labor information to bad check recovery steps, the member resources section ranks as one of the most important sections of the entire PFMA web site.
Business Development
Within Business Development, you'll find information on starting and growing a business, which can be found in the Entrepreneur's Guide. In addition, you'll find Pennsylvania Enterprise Registration forms, small business resource center information and an overview of Welfare-to-Work and Work Opportunity Tax Credits.
Equipment
This area covers equipment issues such as the use of balers and compactors by minor employees and information to gauge whether your soda fountain system falls under the Pennsylvania Boiler and Pressure Vessel law.
Food Labeling
The food labeling section offers an overview of the Country-of-Origin food-labeling status, a focus on food product dating and nutrition facts charts that retailers can post in their stores.
Food Safety
The food safety portion of member resources offers information on Food Safety Certification in Pennsylvania, an overview of the state's new Food Code regulation, FDA Guidance documents on federal food security measures and Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE) web sites and information.
Fuel/Petroleum
Under fueling, members can access the draft unattended fuels regulation, flammable and combustible liquids act, the Final Kerosene "Tax or Dye" Regulation, and find out how excise tax refunds for sales of gasoline to tax-exempt entities are handled with the "ultimate vendor" rule.
Health/Safety
Within the health and safety portion of member resources, "Safe Kids in Cars" brochures can be downloaded, ergonomics guidelines for retail grocers are available, as well as information on how to order PFMA Emergency Planning Guides, wellness program overviews, and the state's official indoor smoking policy.

 - The PFMA Emergency Planning Guide provides a concise explanation of the policies that retailers are encouraged to follow when disaster strikes in order to ensure a successful crisis management program.
- Act 112 of 2002 Educational Materials - Get educated on tobacco sales policies and affirmative defense within the state of Pennsylvania.
- Static Electricity Decals - Static electricity can and does pose danger to customers during refueling, provided customers do not follow proper fueling guidelines. Static electricity safety warning decals for retail motor fuel dispensers are available at PFMA.
- "Drive Off" Decals - House Bill 582 was signed into law as Act 116 of 2002 on October 2, 2002. The bill increases penalties for 'drive offs' and allows for drivers license suspension of repeat offenders. Drive off decals for your motor fuel dispensers and store front doors are available.
