How Does It Work?
- Complete and sign the Retailer Application and Authorization
Agreement. Enclose it with your first coupon shipment or give it
to your member services representative.
For Large Shipments: Put your coupons in a plastic bag and
ship the sealed plastic bag in a sturdy box.
For Small Shipments: Enclose your coupons in a durable
envelope.
- If you have a claimed coupon face value and/or count,
write those figures on an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper and
enclose it with your coupons. Please do not submit
claimed values on post-it notes, business cards,
calculator tapes or other small pieces of paper.
- Wrap and tape the package securely to ensure safe arrival.
- Write your store name and address on the shipping label
and affix the label to your package.
- Indicate the payment plan desired on the shipping label.
(2, 10 or 20 working days) If the payment plan is not
indicated, PCRS will assume the 20-day payment plan.
- If you send more than one box or envelope per shipment,
please indicate as such (1 of 2, 2 of 3, etc.)
- Insure your package for the minimum amount necessary
to receive an insurance number. PCRS insures the
balance of your shipment.
That's It...Our Job Begins
On the same day your coupons arrive at PCRS, we will mail you an acknowledgement of receipt. Quick, efficient and accurate processing of your coupons begins immediately. Your check is mailed to you on the date indicated on your acknowledgement receipt. You also receive an accounting detail for your records.
