Scott Hartman, CEO, Rutter's Gaming/VGT Update and Panel Discussion - Tuesday, Oct. 2 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Governor Tom Wolf signed legislation last fall to expand Pennsylvania’s gambling to include Video Gaming Terminals or VGTs. This session will include an update on the VGT implementation, lessons learned and best practices, as well as an opportunity for members to discuss their experiences and thoughts on VGTs as part of a panel discussion.
