Steve Neidlinger, CAE, has joined PFMA as its new Manager of Legislative Affairs. Neidlinger joins PFMA with more than 14 years of association experience in healthcare and manufacturing. He is responsible for convening PFMA committees, supporting PFMA’s legislative agenda, and responding to regulatory inquiries of PFMA members.
“We are pleased to welcome Steve to the PFMA team,” said Alex Baloga, director of government and public relations. “His extensive association background will bring new ideas, help PFMA members get their legislative and regulatory questions answered and keep them informed on important issues that could impact their businesses.”
According to Neidlinger, “Some enjoy association work: I love it. Associations serve a crucial role as an advocate, collective voice, and liaison with state agencies. The opportunity to share experiences with colleagues in similar circumstances gives a PFMA member a competitive advantage and makes you a more effective and efficient leader. I encourage PFMA members to make the most of their membership and send me your questions and concerns. I am at your service.”
Neidlinger received his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Pittsburgh and is a Certified Association Executive through the American Society of Association Executives. He lives in Harrisburg with his wife, Nora, and two children, Evan and Simone.
