The Pennsylvania House of Representatives passed House Bill 182, sponsored by Rep. Seth Grove (R-York), this month. HB 182, if enacted, would allow pharmacists to administer flu vaccines to minors with parental consent. The bill would also allow pharmacy technicians to administer injectables provided certain certification requirements are met.
