"I am very excited that I am a recipient of the Thomas R. and Laura Ridge Scholarship and very thankful to everyone involved with the scholarship. College has been an amazing journey that has taken me across the world and taught me things that I never imagined learning. I am very grateful that I have the opportunity to continue learning and that I am one step closer to my dream goal of becoming a pediatric surgeon."
