Keynote Speaker
After high school, Attorney General Sunday joined the U.S. Navy, serving in the Persian Gulf, South America, and the Caribbean. His military experience shaped his leadership under pressure. After interning at the U.N. during law school, he clerked in York County and joined the District Attorney’s Office in 2009. He led major prosecutions, including Operation Sunrise, and has tried over 50 felony jury trials. A former Bar Association president, he’s held key state roles addressing opioids, elder abuse, and mental health. He lives in York County with his wife and son.
