2026 Fall Legislative Conference Sessions

State Election Update
Christopher Nicholas and Brittany Crampsie will discuss Pennsylvania’s 2026 election cycle and what it means for the Food and Beverage Industry.
Federal Update
Andy Harig of FMI, Nick Johns of Consumer Brand Association, and Stephanie Johnson of NGA will share updates on federal issues affecting food retailers, wholesalers and suppliers. Additional speaker may be announced.
The Facts About Pricing
Unpacking and separating fact from myth about modern pricing strategies. With Kathy Hayden and Ellen Smith of Inmar Intelligence, Andy Harig of FMI and Jessica Jacoby Lemos of UNFI.
Wholesaler Meeting
This session will bring together wholesalers from across the Commonwealth to discuss key issues impacting distribution, supply chain operations and regulatory challenges. With special guest Brian Weinhaus Director of PMI’s Illicit Trade Prevention Section.
