PFMA/Department of Revenue Penny Phaseout & Sales Tax Changes On January 26, PFMA will host a Microsoft Teams briefing with Pennsylvania Department of Revenue staff on two member-impacting issues: the national penny phaseout and state guidance on rounding and coin acceptance, plus a review of Pennsylvania sales tax changes implemented in 2025.
