PFMA’s Food Protection Committee will meet Thursday, June 18 at 1 p.m. via Teams for a practical review of FSMA Rule 204 and what food businesses should be doing now to prepare.
PFMA member and traceability expert Tim Marsh will walk through the rule’s key requirements, including Critical Tracking Events, Key Data Elements, traceability lot codes and Electronic Sortable Spreadsheets. The discussion will also cover common implementation questions, real-world compliance challenges and recent FDA and industry conversations through the FDA-Partnership for Food Traceability dialogue.
Members are encouraged to bring questions, concerns and specific scenarios for an open discussion focused on preparation and compliance readiness.
Committee members will receive a Teams invite directly. PFMA committee participation is open to all association members, with no limit on the number of team members who can join.
